| Abstract: | The paper discusses a network examination system with no paper and its administrative system based with browser /server structure. With novel management theory and method, it introduces the systematic design model and characteristics, operations of examination questions, the design philosophy of an online examination mode, and shows the feasibility and performance of the running. |
