| 摘 要： | 分析了电力通信运行维护（以下简称运维）的要求和特点，阐述了怎样利用通信网监测系统服务于运维工作，并介绍了实际系统的结构和用于运维工作的硬、软件部分的功能以及系统的短信发布部分，通过短信系统提高了运维人员的反应速度，缩短了故障时间，确保了电力生产的安全。

| Abstract: | The demand and characteristic about power communication function and maintenance are analyzed, and the work of giving service to function and maintenance,based on the system of communication network monitor and control are introduced. The system structure of hardware and software are introduced in this paper. Also, the system of shortness information issue, that advance the reaction rapidity of function and maintain are presented. |
