| 摘 要： | 自行设计了l台等离子弧焊机，并以FXON-24型号的PLC(可编程控制器)为控制核心，设计了该焊机的自动控制系统。介绍了该焊机PLC控制系统的控制要求、I／O口分配以及其所完成的焊接时序等，并阐述了PLC建立起等离子弧的过程。实验证明，该PLC控制焊机能满足等离子弧自动焊接的要求。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a plasma arc welding machine is designed and its' automatic control system is designed on the basis of PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)whose model is FXON-24.It introduces something about the welding machine's PLC control system, such as control requirement,distribution of I/O and welding sequence need,and it also states the process that how plasma arc is established.The experiment proves that the PLC welding machine can meet the requirement of plasma arc automatic welding. |
