| 摘 要： | 研究了430铁索体不锈钢成型性能的主要机理，并以此为基础对影响其成型性的关键工艺参数进行了分析；通过调整化学成分，优化连铸、热轧、冷轧等主要工艺，并经过实际生产试制验证，提高了430不锈钢的成型性，满足了深冲制品行业用户的特殊需求。

| Abstract: | Main mechanism of formability of 430 ferrite stainless steel is researched, further, critical process parameters which influence the formability are analyzed. Through adjusting composition, optimizing main technologies such as continuous casting, hot rolling, cold rolling, etc, the formability of 430 ferrite stainless steel is improved, which is verified by trial production. The property satisfies specific requirement of users in deep drawing products industry. |
