摘    要:众所周知,烧结机的转速、产量、质量、消耗等与其头尾密封系统的好坏息息相关。因此,如何切实有效地提高烧结机的密封性能,减少漏风率已颇受国内外相关人员的重视。基于宝钢430斫烧结机对密封系统进行详实的研究,提出一种改进方法,并具有通用性。

Abstract:As known to all sintering machine speed yield quality, and consumption are closely related with head tail sealing system Therefore, how to effectively improve the sealing performance of the sintering machine reduce air leakage rate has been popular with relevant personnel at home and abroad Based on Baosteel 430 square meters sintering machine, the sealing system is well detailed, and an improved method is presented and universal in this paper.
