| 摘 要： | 为了解决静水压管体试验机的电气故障分析和处理问题，提高整体设备的运行可靠性，首先在通过对密封钢管管体内压力建立过程进行分析的基础上，明确了单增压器及油压比例阀的工作原理，得出了整机机械、液压和电气控制的内在联系；然后根据实际出现的各种故障，提出了试验机具体故障检测和处理的方法。实际检测和处理结果表明，所提出的故障分析和处理方法能快捷有效地排除该设备的各种电气故障问题。
