简要介绍了对陕京天然气管道建设管材的选择，对钢管的质量如纯净控轧钢的化学成分、屈服强度的上下限、夏比冲击试验，包辛格效应，整体水压试验、焊缝全线１００％超声波探伤和Ｘ光探伤、残余应力和应力集中、焊缝尺寸、管体几何尺寸和质量控制及质量监督等方面均作了严格的要求。陕京管道钢管在材质、焊接、成型、检测等４个方面有了突破性进展，捉进了国产螺旋焊管的制管水平的提高。

Quality improvement of the domestic spirally submerged arc welded pipe in Shaan-Jing pipeline construction

The material selection in Shaan-Jing pipeline construction is briefly introduced. The quality of steel pipe (the compound of pure controlling roll steel, the upper and lower limit of yield strength, impact testing, Bauschinger effect, hydrostatic testing, all-line ultrasonic inspection, X-ray inspection, residue stress and stress concentration, weld size, pipe size), quality control, and quality monitoring are strictly required. Shaan-Jing pipeline has breakthrough in four aspects: material quality, welding, forming and monitoring, which improve standard of the domestic spirally welded pipe.
