| 摘 要： | 对电解铝铸造过程中目前存在的主要问题和影响金属损失的因素进行了分析,认为工艺上可能存在有溜槽过长、垂直导流点多、炉温炉压失控等问题,从而导致铝液的紊流、高温并与复杂炉气的反应,以及精炼扒渣的影响,这些因素均可引起金属氧化损耗增多。为此,提出了相应的改进措施。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the main problems and the factors to affect the metal loss,which currently exist during the aluminum casting.From the process point of view,longer chute,more vertical turning points and out of control of furnace temperature and pressure may result in the turbulence of liquid aluminum,interaction between high temperature and complicated furnace gas as well as the skimming of refinement,causing the loss of metal. |
