摘    要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)、丙烯酸(AA)及缩水甘油为原料合成了一种新型含羟基的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)预聚物,探讨了相关的因素对反应的影响。通过傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)分析证实了PUA的结构。考察了用此预聚物为基体树脂配置的胶黏剂的粘接性能,与常规的丙烯酸羟丙酯封端的聚氨酯的性能进行了比较,紫外光照射20s时其拉伸剪切强度提高了130%。

Abstract:A novel UV-curing polyurethane acrylate (PUA) prepolymer containing hydroxy was successfully synthesized with using isophorone diisocyanate, poly (tetrahydrofuran) glycol ether, acrylic acid, glycidol as raw materials and the relative influencing factors on reaction were discussed. Th,, structure of PUA was characterized by FT-IR. The adhesion properties of adhesive which used this PUA as matrix resin was investigated, com- pared with the common 2-hydroxypropyl acrylate-terminated polyurethane, its shear tensile strength increased by 130% after UV-euring for 20s.
