摘    要:通过对嘉兴发电有限责任公司1号机组分散控制系统(DCS)的备用空间和负荷分布的分析,确认其有可扩展空间,因而进行了技术改造。对原有开关量及模拟量信号的发送方式及周期进行修改,均衡DCS各子系统负荷,把部分就地PLC控制改为DCS控制,提高了机组的自动化水平和运行可靠性。

Abstract:Through study on spare space and load distribution of distributed control system (DCS) for unit No1 of Jiaxin Power Generation Company Limited, the expansible space of the said control system has been confirmed. Hence, a technical retrofit has been carried out, having revised the transmitting mode and the cycle time of original switching and analog signals, averaging the load of various subsystem for DCS, converting partial onsite PLC control into DCS control, enhancing the automatic level and operation reliability of the unit.
