摘    要:煤自燃过程指标气体广泛用于煤自燃情况的判定。利用程序升温对煤进行低温氧化的方法,对煤自燃过程指标气体产生规律进行系统研究和分析,发现煤低温氧化过程指标气体产生的主要规律有:不同指标气体开始出现的温度不一样;同一种指标气体在不同氧化活性的煤体中出现的温度不同;各种指标气体产生速率随温度上升而增大。并利用煤自燃过程产生自由基和逐步自活化反应的机理对煤自燃过程指标气体产生规律进行了科学合理的解释。

Abstract:The index gases generated in the process of coal spontaneous combustion are widely used to estimate the situation of coal spontaneous combustion.The generation rules of index gas during coal spontaneous combustion are studied and analyzed systematically with programmed temperature rise to model the process of low-temperature oxidation of coal.There are three main rules summarizing from index gases tests,a) different index gas appears in different temperature for a certain coal sample;b) a certain index gas appears in different temperature for different coal sample which has different oxidation ability or tendency toward spontaneous combustion;c) the concentrations of index gases always rise when temperature rises.All those characters can be explained with free radical reaction and gradual self-activation reaction theory.
