摘    要:采用活性炭负载硫酸氢钠催化合成丙酸正戊酯。考察了催化剂用量、反应时间、酸醇物质的量比及带水剂等因素对反应的影响,实验表明,在丙酸和正戊醇物质的量比为1∶2、催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.2%、带水剂环己烷为10 mL和反应时间30 min的优化条件下,丙酸正戊酯收率可达94.87%。催化剂可重复使用。

Abstract:Amyl propionate was synthesized from propionic acid and 1 pentanol as raw materials in the presence of sodium bisulfate supported on activated carbon as the catalyst. Factors influencing the yield of product and optimum reaction condition were investigated. Experimental results showed that sodium bisulfate supported on activated carbon exhibited excellent catalytic activity for synthesis of amyl propionate. Amyl propionate yield of 94.87% was obtained under the optimal condition as follows∶n(propionic acid) ∶n(1 pentanol)=1∶2, catalyst dosage=1.2%(percentage of mass of total reactants), the water carrier cyclohexane dosage=10 mL, reaction for 30 min.
