摘    要:着重考察了SiO2和聚乙烯粉末两种不同载体催化剂的乙烯/1-丁烯气相共聚合行为。研究表明,这两种载体催化剂对共聚反应表现出不同的聚合特性:以SiO2为载体的催化剂SM-C,共聚合随丁烯单体含量的提高,催化活性逐渐增大。共聚单体组份对聚乙烯为载体的催化剂PM-C的催化活性没有很大影响,均聚与共聚有相近的催化效率。SM-C催化剂在乙烯/丁烯共聚合时反应单体的扩散是聚合反应的控制速度步骤,但对PM-C催化剂则不是聚合反应的控制速度步骤。对催化剂及共聚产物进行了SEM及X-射线衍射分析。两种催化剂在气相流化床上进行了乙烯/丁烯气相共聚合评价。

Abstract:The gas phase copolymerization of ethylene and 1 butene were studied with SM C catalyst supported on silica carrier,and PM C catalyst supported on polyethylene carrier.Activities and kinetics of the copolymerization were strongly affected by the type of catalyst carrier.The polymerization activities in the presence of SM C increased linearly with increasing amount of 1 butene. However,the activities were not sensitive to the monomer composition with PM C catalyst. The catalysts were characterized by scanning eletronmicroscope (SEM).The results showed that the diffusion controlled reaction was more dominant to SM C catalyst.Analyses of copolymer X ray diffraction (XRD) were performed.The copolymer crystal cell parameter was also calculated.
