Pro/Engineer下装配过程的仿真

摘    要:针对Pro/Engineer CAD/CAM软件Assembly模块中不能体现装配路径及过程干涉的问题,提出了在组合件的skeleton下规划装配路径和动态仿真、在Pro/Program的Relation下设定干涉条件和仿真程度、以及通过人机交互解决干涉的方法.并以示例验证了该方法.该方法具有可以直接利用Pro/Engineer固有功能的优点,但是目前还无法做到装配路径的自动规划.若与零件库(Family Table)相结合,还可实现零件组装的过程仿真、替换、干涉检验.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems about Assembly model of the Pro/Engineer CAD/CAM does not support the interference check of assembly path and process, the method that has the design functions of planning path and simulating dynamically under Skeleton, Setting interference conditions and simulation degree under Relation of Pro/Program and realizing the interference check with the man-machine interchange is put forward in this paper. A sample is also given to prove it. The advantages of existing functions of the Pro/Engineer are directly utilized with the method, but the automatic planning assembly path can not been reached up to now. If it combines with Family Table, the process-simulation, replacement, interference check of components assembly can be realized.
