论企业核心竞争力中的企业文化因素

摘    要:企业核心竞争力是一种独特的、难以被模仿的能力。处于体制转型的国有企业不仅要实现企业制度的转型,还要实现企业文化的创新,提升企业的核心竞争力。从核心价值观、诚信、人力资源和品牌4个方面分析了企业文化构成企业核心竞争力的决定性因素。提出了创新企业文化,构筑企业核心竞争力的4大建议,即建立中国特色的企业文化、完善制度的建立,建设学习型组织和将文化评估与经营业绩相联系。论证了企业文化创新是打造企业核心竞争力的关键要素。

Abstract:Core competence in corporation is particular and hardly imitated by other corporations.The state corporations should not only realize the transition of institution,but also cultivate innovative corporate culture to advance the core competence in corporation.The crucial factors of the corporate culture constructing core competence from four aspects which are of the core value,credit,human resources and brand are analyzed.Four suggestions to cultivate innovative corporate culture and construct core competence including the building of China's corporate culture,perfection of institution,establishment of learning organization and contact of culture evaluation and firm performance are presented.It is stated that innovative corporate culture has played a key role in the core competence in a corporation.
