| 摘 要： | 针对选煤厂重选设备常规单机检查试验方法存在采样时间短暂、试样代表性不强等问题,提出了以能够综合反应集体操作水平的季度月综合备用样做单机检查试验,并重点对试验要点及要求进行了概述分析。同时介绍了为尽量减少矸石泥化的影响,试验时所采取的几点预防性措施。 |

| Abstract: | As far as the conventional stand-alone inspection test method of gravity concentration equipment for the coal preparation plant is concerned,there is a short sampling time(dwell time),and the sample is not strong representation of such issues.Thereby,the article puts forwards that the stand-alone test should be based on a comprehensive quarterly check alternate sample which can synthetically reflect the level of collective operation,with an emphasis on the Test points and an overview of the requirements analysis.A few precautions are also introduced to minimize the iMPact of waste rock clay. |
