深海采矿扬矿管的运动对流动参数影响的研究

摘    要:结合深海开采扬矿应用条件建立了模拟扬矿管升沉、摆动和倾斜的提升试验系统, 进行了较大摆幅和较宽频率范围的试验, 获得了比较全面的试验数据, 建立了计算模型。研究所确定的提升管升沉、摆动和倾斜对管内流动参数的影响规律已应用于5 000 m深海采矿系统中试技术设计和1 000 m水深海试采矿系统设计及其扬矿设备的研制。

Abstract:According to the actual lifting conditions in deep sea mining, a lifting test system simulating lifting pipe' s heaving, swaying and inclination was set up.The test of wide amplititude and high frequency lifting of the lifting pipe, a series of testing data have been obtained and a calculationmodel has been set up.The effects of lifting pipe' s heaving, swaying and inclination on flow parameters were established, and have been taken into account in technical designing of the 5 000 m deep sea mining system and the 1 000 m deep sea trial mining system and their ore-lifting equipment development.
