| 摘 要： | “十一五”以来，随着国家整体经济的快速、持续发展，大负荷工业用户增长迅速，全省负荷水平不断创下新高．由此对河南电网的规划提出了更高的要求。本文就如何解决当前负荷增长迅猛，电网建设相对滞后的突出矛盾，以安阳西部电网为典型例子．提出探讨意见．对类似的区域性电网发展规划具有一定的参考意义。
