| 摘 要： | 文章对目前我国砖瓦行业使用的隧道窑存在的某些缺陷从设计与操作方面进行了阐述。着重强调了隧道窑设计思想上需要转变的概念和应重视的八个问题：提出了环流焙烧和穿流焙烧概念上的区别以及隧道窑操作中“最小边隙”的概念与数据：合理坯垛形式对烧成过程的重要性：零压位的正确控制和根据实际情况的调节等。

| Abstract: | The article describes some limitation in design and operation of tunnel kiln in China brick and tile industry. Emphasizes the 8 aspects in designing tunnel kiln; brings forward the difference between peripheral flow firing and through flow firing, minimum edge gap in operating, the importance of better setting, correct control of zero pressure position and adjusting, etc. |
