基于UG的轮辋台架实验仿真与分析

摘    要:汽车轮辋作为整车最重要的零部件之一,直接影响整车的可靠性和驾乘人员的安全。在开发过程中,使用UG软件的高级仿真模块和分析模块,结合产品的试验方式,对产品三大性能测试进行模拟。通过分析各表面所受应力大小,与原材料的各项机械性能指标进行比对,从而判断产品的设计安全性是否达标,提高产品的设计一次合格率、降低开发风险,同时保证产品可靠性。

Abstract:Wheel rim is one of the most important auto pans, which directly affects reliability and safety of drivers and passengers. In the development process, using the simulation module and analysis module of UG software, combining with test modes of the rim, performance testing to the rim was simulated. In order to determine the safe design of products, improve once qualified rate, decrease design risks and guarantee the product reliability, the stresses on the surfaces were simulated and they were compared with the mecbanical properties of the raw material.
