Discussion on Causes and Potential Solutions of Automotive Lighting Fog Forming

Water vapor is condensed into fog in the internal surface of lens by cold air. It not only affects the lamps appearance seriously, but also brings hidden danger to driving. The reasons for fog forming were analyzed. It was pointed out that it is closely related with humidity, temperature field distribution and condensation nucleus in the lamps. Thus countermeasures were put forward to provide references for solving the fog problem of lamps.
