超临界CO_2萃取赤芍中芍药苷工艺条件研究

摘    要:文章运用正交试验设计方法优化超临界CO2萃取中药赤芍的萃取工艺,并利用HPLC法测定萃取物中芍药苷含量。以萃取温度、萃取时间和萃取压力为考察因素,进行3因素3水平正交试验,考察3个因素对萃取物中芍药苷含量的影响。结果表明超临界CO2萃取赤芍中芍药苷的最佳萃取工艺为:萃取压力为18 MPa,萃取温度为25℃,萃取时间为1.5 h。

Abstract:In the paper, Onhogonal Experiment bas been employed to optimize the extraction process of paeoniflorin from Radix Paeoniae Rubra by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, and determine the content of paeoniflorin in the extract by HPLC method. The extraction temperature, time and the extraction pressure were selected as the investigated factors. Three-factor-three-level Orthogonal Experiments were performed for study the effect of the investigated factors on the content of paeoniflorin in the extract. The results shown that the optimum extraction process of paeoniflorin from Radix Paeoniae Rubra by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction were as follow: the extraction pressure was 18 MPa, temperature at 25 ℃, and the extraction time was 1.5 h.
