Research on temperature control circuit of uncooled infrared focal plane array

To Introduce the necessary of temperature control for uncooled infrared focal plane array, carries on the detailed analysis and researches on the temperature control of UFPA, to design the temperature control circuit with PID compensation network, and to discuss the problems of parameter configuration, and finally to verify the efficiency of the circuit according to a large number of experiments. The whole temperature control circuit with high precision, good stability can be adjusted according to actual application parameters, and has the reference value for the temperature control of UFPA.
