非制冷红外焦平面温度控制电路研究

摘    要:介绍了非制冷红外焦平面温度控制的必要性,对红外焦平面温度控制进行了详细分析研究,设计了具有PID补偿网络的温度控制电路,并讨论了如何配置PID参数,用大量实际实验验证了该电路的有效性。整个温度控制电路精度高、稳定性好并可以根据实际应用调整参数,对非制冷红外焦平面温度控制的应用具有参考价值。

Abstract:To Introduce the necessary of temperature control for uncooled infrared focal plane array, carries on the detailed analysis and researches on the temperature control of UFPA, to design the temperature control circuit with PID compensation network, and to discuss the problems of parameter configuration, and finally to verify the efficiency of the circuit according to a large number of experiments. The whole temperature control circuit with high precision, good stability can be adjusted according to actual application parameters, and has the reference value for the temperature control of UFPA.
