短纤维补强发泡橡胶复合材料的性能研究

摘    要:研究不同发泡率和短纤维体积分数的锦纶短纤维补强发泡橡胶复合材料(SFRFRC)的硫化性能、尺寸稳定性、表观(体积)密度和硬度。结果表明:短纤维加入量越大,越不利于混炼胶的发泡和硫化;发泡率相同时,随着短纤维体积分数的增大,SFRFRC沿长度和宽度方向的收缩率和表观(体积)密度均减小,硬度增大;短纤维体积分数相同时,随着发泡率的增大,SFRFRC沿长度和宽度方向的收缩率增大,表观(体积)密度和硬度减小。

Abstract:The curing characteristics,dimensional stability,apparent(volume) density and hardness of short fiber reinforced foam rubber composite(SFRFRC) with different foaming rate and short fiber volume fraction were investigated.The results showed that,the foaming and curing characteristics of mix became worse as the addition level of short fiber increased.The size shrinkage rate along the length and width direction,and apparent(volume) density of SFRFRC with same foaming rate decreased as the short fiber volume fr...
