国产氧化铝粉体的改性及其烧结性能研究

摘    要:通过某国产氧化铝粉体的研麽和分散,得到颗粒粒度分布窄、颗粒大小均匀的氧化铝粉体;添加氧化镁为烧结助剂,分别进行无压烧结和真空烧结,研究了烧结温度对氧化铝陶瓷的相对密度、显微结构、抗弯强度和直线透过率的影响。在1500℃无压烧结样品品粒尺寸为2~3μm,抗弯强度达到545MPa;1850℃真空烧结样品的晶粒尺寸为20~30μm,直线透过率(600nm)达到32%。

Abstract:The alumina powder with ultra-high purity prepared by Xinxiang Jinsheng New Materials Co. , Ltd. was milled and dispersed in order to modify the particle size and distributions. Doped with MgO, the alumina ceramics were treated by pressureless sintering and vacuum sintering respectively. The effects of sintering temperature on the relative density, microstructure and in-line transmittance of the Mumina ceramics were investigated. Samples under pressureless sintering at 1 500 ℃ have a small crystal grain size about 2 - 3 μm in diameter, with bending strength of 545 MPa, while the crystal grain size of the vacuum-sintered transparent ceramics at 1 850 ℃ is about 20 - 30 μm in diameter and its in-line transmittance is about 32% at the wavelength of 600 nm.
