摘    要:化工生产中,腐蚀是个重大难题。由于腐蚀,每年浪费的钢材数量巨大。在我国,化工行业设备损坏的主要原因也是由于腐蚀。钛材有着极其优异的耐蚀性能。钛制设备虽然一次性投资高,但使用寿命是碳钢、不锈钢和铸铁设备的几倍乃至几十倍。由于钛材具有密度小、强度高、耐腐蚀性能好等突出优点,成功地解决了化工生产中设备严重腐蚀问题而备受青睐,给化工工业防腐技术带来了一次飞跃。介绍了中国化工行业中氯碱、纯碱、真空制盐、石油化纤、精细化工和无机盐6大主要子行业钛产品的应用情况、技术研发方面的最新进展及未来几年的发展趋势和市场前景。
