| 摘 要： | 组装了一个模拟自动引线键合机的实验装置,测试分析了光敏达林顿管在有干扰条件下的单峰特性、机械扫描初步对准、自寻最优精确对准、对准精度及稳定性等项目。结果表明采用投影仪和光敏达林顿管作接收器的方案在性能和成本方面有巨大的优越性。

| Abstract: | We assembled an analogous device of automatic wire bonder with which the following were tested for t the single-peak character of photoelectric Darlington transistors on condition that interferences exisit, the image of preliminary coincidence with the photoelectric receptor, self - optimization for making the image further coincide with the receptor, precision and stability. The results show that the device is excellent in precision, stability and ]ow cost. |
