| 摘 要： | 以柱塞套零件为例,分析了零件内孔台阶垂直度被检测参数,应用非接触式的气动测量,避免了接触式测量对已加工零件精度的破坏,通过气电转换器实现测量数据的直观操作,实现了气动非接触式测量在精密零件检测中的应用。
