| 摘 要： | 基于实时成本理论，介绍了一种适合于电厂报价的成本报价模型。该模型充分考虑到目前中国电力市场的特点，以实时成本为基础，让电厂在不同的时段承担不同的利润，并以此来制定报价策略。

| Abstract: | Basing on spot price theory, this paper proposed a cost offer model suitable for a power plant. Considering the characters of the power market in China fully, this model makes the offer strategy, basing on the spot cost, by letting the plant to fulfill different profit in different time interval of a day. |
