| 摘 要： | 村镇供排水工程是农村重要的基础设施,饮水安全是农村居民最基本的生存需要,村镇污废水的收集和处理是改善农村人居环境和保障“村容整洁”的重要措施。现针对新农村建设的要求,对村镇供水和排水工程建设重点与建设标准以及之间的关系作初步探讨。
