| 摘 要： | 通过温度场的计算机模拟,研究了大锻件的加热特点,分析了加热速度、工件截面尺寸以及加热温度对工件表面到温时间(均热)和中心到温时间(保温)的影响,指出了保证加热质量的关键和缩短加热时间的途径。

| Abstract: | The investigation of heating of large forgings was undertaken by the method of computer simulation on temperature field, the influences of the heating velocity, section size and heating temperature on the heating duration for the surface and center temperature of the large forgings to reach the given temperature had been thoroughly studied. the key points to guarrantte the heating quality and the way to shorten the heating duration was pointed out. |
