摘    要:在城市配电网改造中。在安装全绝缘开关柜时,经常会出现因电缆不够长而需安装中间接头的情况。在总结以往电房改造的经验和分析了全绝缘开关柜的结构特点、电缆半导体层和金属屏蔽层的作用的基础上,提出了减少中间接头数量的办法:电气设计时尽量迁就原电缆头位置;土建时扩宽地下电缆走廊;采用肘形电缆头。介绍了10kV肘形电缆头的制作方法以及处理冷缩电缆头三叉部位的工序。

Abstract:In the reconstruction of urban distribution network,middle joints are often needed due to insufficient cable length during the installation of insulation-enclosed switchgears.With the summary of past experience in distribution room transformation as well as the analysis of the structural features of insulation-enclosed switchgears,functions of the semiconductor layer and the metal shielding of cables,methods to decrease middle joints are advanced,i.e.,well accommodating the positions of original cable terminations in electric design,broadening underground cable corridors in civil engineering,and using elbow-type cable terminations.The fabrication of 10 kV elbow-type cable terminations and the treating procedure of the trifurcate part of shrinkage cable heads are also described.
