大学英语教育应教会学在在英语交往中,既要保留和传播本土文化,同时尊重和接纳异国文化.基于这一理念,大学英语教育应提高学生实际的跨文化交际能力,进而落实英语素质教育为宗旨,从大学英语教学的现状出发,并结合语言、文化与教学的关系,基于文化间性视域,大学英语教学应深入贯彻文化间性主义的教育理念,全力打造语言与文化并重的课程,有效落实以应用为目的的文化实践.

College English Teaching in Context of Intercultural Communication

Along with the growth of international exchanges,it has become a crucial issue for English educators to preserve and disseminate national culture as well as to respect and embrace foreign cultures. This paper explores the modes of college English teaching for the purpose of enhancing students＇ intercultural communicative competence and practicing quality education. It begins with the current situation of English education in China,and advances the new mode under the theory of interculturalism,hopefully proposing the instructive suggestions for the current English teaching.
