| 摘 要： | 对济南市某住宅楼空调系统夏季运行过程中冷冻水供回水温度、冷却水供回水温度、冷冻水流量，机组负荷率等参数进行调研和测试，根据实测数据分析该空调系统用能状况，运行效率，为空调系统的实际运行优化和该住宅建筑节能提供基础数据。

| Abstract: | The operation of HVAC system in a residential building in Jinan has been tested, and the data of running energy consumption to specific building was collected, and the proportion of energy consumption about the pumps, host and cooling towers in different month was obtained and analyzed including its the HVAC energy situation, operation efficiency based on measured data. The recommendations for system retrofitting of energy efficiency and fundamental data are provided. |
