数据中心冷却塔供冷应用分析

摘    要:针对数据中心能耗问题,分析了冷却塔供冷的关键因素,如热工曲线、湿球温度、工况切换点等,指出冷却塔厂家应提供冬季供冷工况下热工曲线等信息,冷却塔供冷按冬季工况选取,夏季校核,结合夏季工况灵活配置,指出冬季供冷以小于冷却塔的额定流量来获取较低出水温度延长冷却塔供冷时间,冷却水泵应设变频,适应管网特性曲线变化等设计方法,为数据中心节能设计提供参考与依据。

Abstract:According to energy consumption in data center, points out the key factors for cooling tower free cooling, such as thermal curve, the wet bulb temperature, and operating mode switch point, suggests that the cooling tower manufacturers should provide information in cooling conditions, cooling tower should be selected in cooling condition in winter, and flexible configuration in summer working condition, points out to get low temperature with smaller flow of the cooling tower in winter for prolong free cooling time, cooling water pump should be set frequency, to adapt to the change of pipeline characteristic curve, and provides the reference and basis for energy efficiency design in data center.
