火电机组微电网运行控制策略

摘    要:通过分析300 MW火电机组孤网DEH控制逻辑的原理和特点,结合火电机组在微电网运行中的调节特性和控制任务,提出了微电网方式下汽机DEH控制逻辑改进方案以及锅炉跟随方式的协调控制策略优化措施.实践表明,DEH控制系统中新增的死区一次调频回路,在协调控制系统的试验运行过程中,能使机组在微网运行方式下长时间保持功率负荷平衡及提供稳定的频率和电压.

Abstract:Through the analysis of the principle and characteristics of isolated network DEH control logic of 300 MW thermal power unit, this paper proposes the transformation plan for turbine DEH control logic under micro-network and the optimization plan for coordination control strategy of boiler following mode, on the basis of the regulating characteristics and control mission of thermal power units in the operation of micro-network. The practice shows that the new primary frequency regulation circuit in dead zone of DEH control system is able to maintain,during the test of coordination control system,the balance of power load for a long time and to provide stable frequency and voltage.
