BIM在工程建设中的应用

随着科学技术不断发展,数字信息化这个思想已经渗透于我们生活的方方面面。同样的,这种信息化的新技术和理念也被运用在建筑行业领域,以改善信息流失、材料损耗大、返工现象频繁的传统建筑行业中的问题。在这个大环境下,建筑信息模型BIM技术应运而生,逐渐开始推广实行。本文主要介绍BIM在施工应用中的一些特点,并概述了目前在国内的应用现状。最后,分析BIM系统在应用中的优劣势来探求发展前景,以此希望能够增进建筑施工行业技术人员对BIM系统的认识。

Application of BIM in construction

With the rapid development of technology,the idea of digital informationalization has already arriving in dribs and drabs on our lives.At the same time,this method is also applied in the area of construction in order to improve the problems of loss of information and phenomenon of frequent rework. Under such circumstance, the technology of building information model emerges as the times require and then gradually began to promote the implementation.This paper mainly introduces some characteristics of BIM in construction and has a overview of the current situation of its application in Chia. Finally,by analysis the pros and cons in the application of BIM system to explore the development of this technology,the author hope that it could promote technical personal of construction industry more awareness ofBIM svstem.
