食用油冻结—冷凝真空脱臭系统节能技术

摘    要:将传统食用油脱臭工艺蒸汽排除方式,由大气冷凝器支持下高压蒸汽喷射泵系统,改换为冻结-冷凝真空脱臭工艺,可大幅降低蒸汽消耗,减少用水量,节约能源,有利于环境保护。该文介绍冻结-冷凝真空脱臭工艺系统;并将其与传统喷射泵大气冷凝方式比较,以期引起业界重视并效以实施,为我国油脂工业节能工作作出新贡献。

Abstract:Using freeze condensing vacuum system for edible oil deodorization, can substaintially lower consumption of steam, reduce cooling water and so saving energy and reduce environmental impact. This paper introduced freeze condensation vacuum deodorization system, and compared it with conventional ejector system, hope people to pay attention to it, and do something for saving energy on oil and fat industry in China.
