| 摘 要： | 介绍一种比较新颖的算法——旋转及伸缩不变的纹理分割算法，其核心是利用圆周变换和Mellin变换产生一个Circular_Mellin操作数(CMO)，将CMO与图像进行卷积，以达到旋转及伸缩不变纹理分割的目的．实验结果表明，这种算法是相当有效的．

| Abstract: | A new algorithm for texture segmentation with invariable circulation and expansion is put forward in this paper. The keys of this method are using the circular and Mellin transformation to produce a Circular_Mellin operator, and convoluting it with images to get invariable segmentation. The result shows that this algorithm is rather effective. |
