| 摘 要： | 基于视觉测量技术,提出采用非接触式测量方式,由摄像头和图像采集卡获取工件的二维数字图像,通过计算机对数字图像进行处理分析并计算得到工件的尺寸信息,然后输入给卷板数控系统完成加工。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the machine vision measuring technique,a kind of non contact measurement is formulated.The 2D digital image of the plate is captured by camera and frame grabber,and then the computer processes the digital image and calculates the size of the plate.Finally,the data is inputted to NC System and the machining is implemented. |
