新型无磷多功能水处理剂的研究

摘    要:以苯并三氮唑、聚环氧琥珀酸钠、硫酸锌、十二烷基苄基氯化铵、T225五种组分复配成无磷含锌配方的绿色水处理药剂,通过正交试验、电化学、旋转挂片、计数杀菌试验等方法测定出最佳配方成份比例为4:20:10:30:15。并对性能进行了综合评价,该水处理剂配方在工业循环冷却水对碳钢的腐蚀速度是0.0418mm/a,比国家标准低。阻垢率为98%、杀菌率为89.7%。表明该药剂具有优的阻垢、缓蚀、杀菌性能。

Abstract:A non-phosphorus water treatment agent was prepared from benzo-triazole, poly-ethylene sodium succinate, zinc sulfate, sodium dodecyl benzyl ammonium chloride and Acrylic Acid-2-Hydroxypropyl Acrylate Copolymer(T225). By means of orthogonal test, electrochemical test, rotary coupon corrosion test and flat-dish numberation, the optimum proportion was 4 : 20 : 10 : 30 : 15. The result showed that with the best compound formula, the corrosion rate of carbon steel in industrial recirculating cooling water was 0.0418 mm/a that was lower than the national standard, the scal-inhibiting ratio was 98 %, and the sterilizing efficiency was 89.7 %. It indicated that the pharmaceutical had excellent scale inhibition, corrosion inhibition, bactericidal properties.
