| 摘 要： | 用区域法计算延迟焦化炉温度场的理论基础,首先是区域法计算各区的直接交换面积的原理,接着是考虑光的反射计算总交换面积,考虑气体的特性求相互交换通量,再建立油管传热模型,火焰燃烧模型,烟气对流传热模型,油取热量模型,结焦模型.然后综合各个模型建立各区能量平衡方程式,解方程求取各区温度.

| Abstract: | We have developed software designed for analysing temperarure distribution of delyed cooking funace based on zone partition theory.This paper present mathematics models in the design as following:evaluate all sort of exchange aere upon given zone partition,in considering the gas physical and chemical character,the heat conduction model of oil tube,the model of combustion,etc.are established which resulted in a global enegy balance equation group specific for these system.Based on above design we can get evaluation of all cell temperature. |
