摘    要:研究了降解天然橡胶胶乳与丙烯酸丁酯乳液共聚反应的五种典型氧化还原引发体系,探讨了引发剂种类,配比和用量对单体转化率和接技率的影响。结果表明过氧化叔丁醇一四乙烯五胺引发最适宜降解天然橡胶与丙烯酸丁酯聚合体系。

Abstract:The emulsion graft polymerization of butylacrylate (BA ) and degraded natural rubber latex (DNR) initiated by five model redox initiation systems were studied .Effects of initiator concentration various amount of oxidative agent,reductive agent and emulsifying agent on the monomer conversions and graft ratio of the sample are discussed。 The experiment results show that tertiary butyl hydroperoxide (TBPO)-tetra ethylene pentamine (TEPA) redox initiation system is the most appropriate for the preparation of butylacrytate and degraded natural rubber latex polymers。
