摘    要:基于LabVIEW软件建立了切削温度数据采集和分析系统,以此为测试平台,通过埋热电偶法对铝合金工件插铣过程中已加工表面温度进行在线动态测量,并利用最小二乘法对试验数据进行回归分析,建立了已加工表面温度的经验模型,得出了切削参数对切削温度的影响规律,为优化切削参数、研究刀片磨损机理提供了参考数据。

Abstract:The data acquisition and analysis system for cutting temperature was established on the basis of LabVIEW software, using this system as testing platform, and combining with embedded thermocouple method to measure dynamical finished surface temperature on-line. Using the least square method to make a regression analysis on testing data, and establish the experiential formula for finished surface temperature. The changing law of cutting parameters bringing impact on cutting temperature is acquired, which supplies an important reference for optimizing cutting parameters and making a research on cutter wear mechanism.
