摘    要:采用以γ-Al2O3为载体,由含稀土元素为主的过渡金属和多种组分混合型金属元素制备的催化剂,通过催化氧化试验装置,对纺织印染废水的二级处理出水进行中试深度处理研究,反应温度60~80℃;常压处理,废水处理后,COD和色度去除率可达80%以上,处理出水可满足达标排放和回用的要求.

Abstract:In the pilot-scale experiments, the secondary treated printing and dyeing wastewater has been treated by catalytic oxidation test set and catalyzer whose carrier is γ-Al2O3. The catalyzer is made from various mixed metals, and one of the transition metals is thulium. The removal rates of COD and chroma are more than 80% respectively, when the reaction temperature is 60-80 ℃ and treated at ambient pressure. The effluent water quality can meet the demands of the standards of discharge and recycle.
