直齿圆柱齿轮传动摩擦学设计模型的构建

摘    要:齿轮传动是最重要的机械传动形式之一。传统的齿轮传动强度设汁方法没有考虑润滑要求,而润滑设计又不能兼顾强度需要。以赫兹理论和弹流润滑理论为基础,建立了直齿圆柱齿轮传动的摩擦学设计模型,基于此模型对齿轮传动进行设计,对提高其使用寿命具有重要意义。

Abstract:The gear transmission is one of the most important mechanical transmission.Traditional strength design didn't concern lubrication condition and lubrication design didn't consider strength need.Based on Hertzian formula and theory of elastohydrodynamic lubrication,a model of tribological design of spur gear transmission is constructed.The gear transmission is designed according to this model,and it is important to improve its lifespan.
