野生艾蒿浸提物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用

摘    要:利用水浸提法制得的艾蒿提取物采用滤纸片法和测OD值法对金黄色葡萄球菌进行了抑菌活性实验的研究.结果表明,艾蒿浸提物采用2种方法对金黄色葡萄球菌都有很好的抑制活性;且艾蒿提取物的抑菌效果与其自身浓度有关,高浓度的提取液抑菌作用强烈,反之则相对较弱.

Abstract:The inhibitory activities of the extract from the plant of Artemisia argyi against Staphylococcus aureus were studied by filter paper method and measuring OD values.The results showed that there are high inhibitory activities of the Artemisia argyi extracts to Staphylococcus aureus.The inhibitory activities increase with the enhancement of extract concentration.
