| Abstract: | In order to provide some references for Chinese rice wine industry to improving the detection efficiency and to decreasing the production costs,the research progress of the quality indexes of Chinese rice wine,such as total sugar content,alcohol degree and non-sugar solids was summarized as well as the measurement techniques. |
