| 摘 要： | 本文在对海口市能源消耗的现状和特点进行充分调研的基础上,综合考虑经济社会发展、生活水平提高、能源结构优化、技术创新进步等因素,利用模型定量研究了海口市2020年的能源消耗和温室气体排放情景,并给出了不同类型政策的减排潜力。研究结果将直接作为海口市低碳发展规划的编制依据,并且对国内其他经济欠发达城市的低碳发展具有借鉴意义。
