浅谈高校体育与大众体育对接中的问题

该研究主要运用问卷调查、访谈和文献资料等方法,对河南省7个城市居民的体育锻炼项目进行了调查了解,并与高校体育课项目的开展状况进行对比,结果发现居民进行的大众体育健身项目与高校体育课项目的开展有一定的联系,但也存在一些差别。研究结果表明,高校体育项目的设置在一定程度上影响了大众体育的开展,因此,有必要通过研究大众体育的特征来思考高校体育运动的开展。

A Discussion of the Problems in Connecting the Public Physical Exercises and the Physical Training at Universities
